Egg Roast



Ingredients


  • 4 boiled eggs
  • 4 onions (big)
  • 4 garlic pods
  • salt (to taste)
  • curry leaves
  • mustard seeds(small amount)
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon of turmeric powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon of garam masala 
  • 1 teaspoon of red chilli powder
  • 1/2 cup of water
  • 1 tablespoon of oil
  • coriander leaves (for garnishing)

Preparation

Pour oil into the frying pan. Heat the oil and add mustard seeds into the frying pan.Then add curry leaves, chopped onions & garlic together.Stir the mix till it turns golden brown. Add the all the spices into the frying pan & stir till the spices are mixed with the onions. Pour water into it till the mix gets thickened & the onions becomes soft. Add the eggs into the pan & stir it with the gravy & let it remain in the gravy for one min. Serve it in a bowl & garnish it with coriander leaves. 



Best to eat it with 'appam & idiyappam'.
